Reach Your Higher Self is an organization aimed at exploring and discussing some of the myriad of spiritual teachings and new thought
principles so that we can better understand and incorporate them into everyday life. We offer diverse and innovative educational
experiences that inspire an integrated approach to personal and social well-being and happiness. We nurture dialogues that help transform
lives with new possibilities — and offer practical tools and easy-to-implement strategies for, spirit, health, wealth, motivation and
meditation for successful living!
The Mission
Reach Your Higher Self is intended to explore the world of spiritual self-discovery that leads to happiness, love, wonder, beauty, work,
health and wealth.
RYHS’ Intention
The Group is open to anyone who may be at the beginning of their spiritual journey, those successfully living a spiritual life and others
somewhere in between. The idea is to meet with like-minded people to share books, movies, ideas and generally uplift each other.

Meet Sophie
Sophie founded, Reach Your Higher Self (RYHS), in 2012 after deep reflection on her life and looking for like minded people who were also on a spiritual journey of their own. She realized there were not many places to go to and decided to create her own.
